Who can enter?
Submissions are open to all professionals, any CIPD member, from associate through to chartered member or even chartered companions can apply. The CIPD also welcome nominations from those without a CIPD membership, who are inspiring across the profession with demonstrable impact.
Any HR professional who is the most senior people leader in their organisation, or within the HR function in their country, can enter the HR30. The nominations will be judged on criteria including evidence of your impact on the organisation, whether measured quantitatively through key data such as financial performance, or qualitatively via employee surveys and/or testimonials from senior leaders in the organisation – entrants are recommended to secure testimonials from senior leaders where possible. Submissions are also open to independent consultants who can demonstrate that they have taken responsibility for the HR strategy and operations of an organisation – in this instance, the entry must be endorsed by a senior leader within the client organisation.
We welcome entries from under-represented groups. Entries are welcome from all sectors, and the context of your organisation and sector will be considered during the judging process. We're also pleased to announce we're launching a specialist power list, more to come soon...
